Shipping to North America All orders are despatched or can be collected from Porta Romana Head Office in Farnham, Surrey. Shipments to all mainland USA and Canada destinations is by courier on a 2-day service including customs clearance. Please contact your local representative for shipping costs. Shipments for destinations outside mainland USA and Canada will be quoted individually Delivery of furniture and other vulnerable items is by quotation and will include crating charges. Import certification requirements such as SASSO, EUR1 and ATR1 and Certified Invoices for customs clearance can be provided for an additional charge. Goods provided on an Ex-works basis are subject to VAT sales tax at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). This charge will be fully refunded where a Proof of Export is provided within 90 days of ex-works collection and/or full invoicing, whichever is the earlier.
