All orders are despatched or can be collected from Porta Romana Head Office in Farnham, Surrey. Due to space restrictions it is not possible to arrange for collections from our London Showroom.
Mainland UK deliveries of lighting and accessories are organised with a courier on an overnight service or with our in-house delivery team.
Deliveries to meet a specific time slot are possible by advance arrangement and may incur additional charges.
Delivery of furniture and other vulnerable items is by quotation and may include crating charges.
Quotes can be provided for White Glove delivery service throughout Great Britain & Western Europe.
This bespoke service includes delivery, unpacking, removal of all packing materials and products placed directly in the room you specify.
European deliveries of lighting are priced at 7.5% of order value with a minimum of £55/€75.
Delivery of furniture and other vulnerable items requiring crating or special transportation will be quoted on an individual basis.
Import certification requirements such as EUR1 and ATR1 and Certified Invoices for customs clearance can be provided for an additional charge.
Other Overseas destinations
Worldwide deliveries are quoted on an individual basis.
Shipments to all destinations within the UK will be subject to VAT.
All goods provided on an Ex-works basis are subject to VAT sales tax at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). This charge will be fully refunded where a Proof of Export is provided within 90 days of ex-works collection and/or full payment, whichever is the earlier.
