United in Design

Porta Romana are delighted to have become a professional partner of United in Design.

Founded by designers Sophie Ashby and Alexandria Delauney, UiD is committed to improving opportunity and diversity within the Interior design industry.

As well as being devoted to reviewing our recruitment practices, mindful of inclusion and diversity, and offering career insight days, we are so pleased to announce that we will also be taking part in an apprenticeship programme. We currently have the privilege of interior design graduate Roshu Shrestha spending her time with us this Spring 2022; she is exploring all aspects of the business and focus on product design, spending much of her time with our Creative Director and Co-Founder, Andrew Hills and his team.
