All lamps purchased online include the lampshade they are pictured with. If you would like to order products separately, please email  sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

All 220-240v orders are supplied with energy efficient Tala x Porta Romana LED lightbulbs specifically designed to complement our pieces.

All Lamps will be sent with our standard flex lengths as detailed below:

All lamps purchased online in the UK are wired for use in the UK (220-240V), with  3-pin plugs. If you require lamps with an alternative plug type, please email your order to sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

Lampshades purchased online will be provided with our Cream Card lining, which provides a warm glow through the body of the shade. The darker the outer fabric, the less light output there will be.

Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to multiple locations unless separate orders are placed.

Delivery will take place as soon as possible after the completion date shown at the checkout. DPD tracking will be provided on the morning of delivery with an option to reschedule if required. If you require any additional assistance please email sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

We can accept returns for a full refund within 28 days, however, collection charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
