The Porta Romana Showroom in London is the perfect place to view our collection. If you are unable to visit us in Chelsea, our Visit Us page provides an immersive Virtual Tour experience of the Showroom.

Are any products available for immediate despatch?

Do you offer samples of your finishes?

We have samples of nearly every material and finish, please see an overview of our range here. If for any reason we don’t have the one you want, we will work out how we can best help you.

Can I change the finish or size of a product?

At Porta Romana, every piece is an original and Made to Order. For more information on customisation, please visit our Glossary and look out for the symbols below each product.

Can I purchase the lamp without the shade?

All Lamps purchased online include the lampshade they are pictured with.  If you would like to order products separately, please email  sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

What lightbulbs do I need?

All 220-240v orders are supplied with energy efficient Tala x Porta Romana LED lightbulbs specifically designed to complement our pieces.

Can I change the flex length?

All Lamps will be sent with our standard flex lengths as detailed below:

Can I change the plug type?

All lamps purchased online in the UK are wired for use in the UK (220-240V), with  3-pin plugs. If you require lamps with an alternative plug type, please email your order to sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

Can I buy a shade with a different fabric or lining?

If you would like to order lampshades with an alternative fabric or lining, please email your order to sales@portaromana.com where the team will be more than
happy to assist.

What is the light output of the lampshade?

Lampshades purchased online will be provided with our Cream Card lining, which provides a warm glow through the body of the shade. The
darker the outer fabric, the less light output there will be.

Can changes be made to a UK online order?

Should you need to amend your order then please do contact sales@portaromana.com quoting your order reference.

How much will delivery cost?

Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout. 

Can my order be delivered to multiple locations?

Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to deliver to multiple locations unless separate orders are placed.

Can I track my delivery?

Delivery will take place as soon as possible after the completion date shown at the checkout. DPD tracking will be provided on the morning of delivery with an option to reschedule if required. If you require any additional assistance please email sales@portaromana.com where the team will be happy to assist.

Can I return items?

We can accept returns for a full refund within 28 days, however,
collection charges will apply. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
